| Online Security vs Universal Accessibility |
| |
|
SSL Secure Server Certificate: In the interest of universal accessibility, we resisted encrypting our student inquiry form. Besides, we have never (and do not intend to) require credit card information or any other specific personal financial information from students who search our site. We do ask for a general dollar range the student or sponsor can pay, per academic year, on our simple student selection page.
However, now that encryption technology has gotten friendlier, and now that students are requesting secure connections to disclose their mailing address or telephone number, we've decided to enable this security measure. Our dedicated server's SSL Secure Certificates are compatible with 99 percent of the Web browsers being used by today's Internet users worldwide. Contact Cheryl for details.

| English, baby! -- Our most recent collaboration |
| |
|
Maximizing efficiencies for mutual advertisers: For English, baby! clients who use Prospector (the company's prospective student database), all leads generated from usjournal.com can now be automatically imported into the system. This enables Prospector users to better consolidate their leads and use the batch email system to proactively follow-up through marketing emails. In addition, it will be easier to track the origin of leads, as well as their respective conversion rates. For details: cheryl@usjournal.com or johnh@englishbaby.com.
